10. Amazon - A mix between Storm & Wonder Woman - She is basically storm from the X-Men with Wonder Woman's Lasso. The question is though, when you have all of Storm's powers, do you really need a truth lasso? Maybe not, but what the hell, lasso away!
9. Super Soldier - A mix between Captain America & Superman - Usually I would be hesitant to have any enthusiasm for a Superman incarnation of any kind. Superman is basically Mr. Perfect and something I usually am not into much. This however takes me back to the golden age of comic books in a sort of campy way. Just good ol nazi punching, high flying fun. Sure, he is still the same old, "I can do anything" character, but I think they blended together quite nicely.
8. Doomnaut - A mix between Juggernaut & Doomsday - Talk about worst nightmares. Luckily this creation never was seen and only mentioned in the comics, although I would have loved to see the true carnage that a abomination like this would have created. The only reason why we have this image is due to the collectable card series based on the comics. Just a freight train with arms. Yeesh.
7. Shatterstarfire - A mix between Shatterstar & Starfire - She may be a mix of two different characters completely, but Shatterstarfire sure does remind me of Pheonix from X-Men. (In her more firey form of course) She is a total badass and a natural redhead. My only weakness! Gasp.
6. Bat-Thing - A mix between Man-Thing & Man-Bat - The two most monstrous (arguably) creations from each respective company. Bat-Thing is the perfect blend of the two characters . The literal spitting image of his parents!
5. Thorion - A mix between Thor & Orion - Most likely the most, powerfull of all the characters on this list. Just imagine Thor, with even more power, plus he is the son of the Amaglam version of Thanos & Darkseid, Thanoseid. Not only that, look at how badass his costume is! Talk about being born into awesomeness.
4. Magneto - A mix between Magneto & Will Magnus - Even though the name might be the same, I assure you he is a mix of the two aforementioned characters. The most powerful of this universes mutants, Magneto leads both the Magnetic Men and the Brotherhood of Mutants. The character however leans far to the Marvel incarnation of Magneto in the costume inspiration department.
3. Lobo The Duck - A mix between Howard the Duck & Lobo - Ok, so take 1 homicidal space biker and 1 part goofy as hell alien duck and mix. I have never seen something so evil and so cute at the same time. This is the most off the wall creation from the Amaglam books by far. Its absolutely nuts, because hell, its only one issue. Lets have some fun with it! 2. Speed Demon: A mix between Ghost Rider & the Flash - Sure, the costume might be a little cheesy but who gives a damn. It was basically like Ghost rider if he never needed his motorcycle. Cue up the Rob Zombie song, Demon Speeding and enjoy!
1. Dark Claw - A mix between Batman & Wolverine - This was a pre-pubecent boys wet dream. Your two favorite things in the world, Batman the Animated Series and The X-Men animated series, had a baby. The most evil baby in the world. Kids 4 months after this where still talking about Dark Claw. It was insane. Just when you thought Batman or Wolverine couldn't get any darker.
